Tax Extension DeadlineLimits before a file is opened

The limits live on this page, in one place, before any extension is filed with you.

How a page on this address is made

Pages on this address are written from the way an extension afternoon actually goes, from a month that already ties to the bank, and from the public pages of the IRS and the Texas Comptroller, then read again before they stay up. If a sentence is wrong, the phone in the footer is how it gets replaced.

An extension page stays up only while it still matches the signature limits below. No page here carries a client's balance, a private letter, or an outcome dressed up as someone else's result. A sample worksheet, when one appears, keeps the columns and drops the dollars.

Dates follow the agency page for that year, not a date this office would rather print. Federal wording follows the IRS page for that form, and a figure we cannot point back to that page is left unsaid.

Market color does not count as a source. The worry an owner feels on a deadline afternoon is real, and it is described as a feeling, not as a statistic we invented.

What gets checked.

A page about an extension stays only after the signature limits further down have been read against it. Client stories stay off. So does any claim of a license, a city office, or a power this practice does not hold.

Grids and type sizes are carpentry. They do not forecast your extension and they do not quote a fee.

When a sentence is wrong, the replacement sits in the same place a visitor reads. Phone the number at the bottom and say which page is wrong. That is the path a correction takes.

The work these limits allow

The monthly close, the statements with no assurance attached, payroll setup beside a provider the owner chooses, and a return built from those months are the ordinary work. Filing the extension, sizing the number that goes on it, and keeping the later dates on one calendar are part of that same work when they fit.

An October conversation about what the year still allows is part of it too. The point is that the next spring is smaller because the year was talked through while a choice could still change the file.

A free conversation creates no engagement. An engagement exists only after a written scope is signed by both sides, with the fee named in that same writing. Read the terms page if you want the boundary of that free conversation spelled out. The privacy page is where a form note's life is described.

Where the signature ends.

Steven Palmieri is not a CPA. Those three reports, an audit, a review, and a compilation, stay with a firm allowed to sign them. What leaves this practice is a set of ordinary statements, and those statements carry no examined cover.

The work on this address is the extension and the months behind it. Books are tied to the bank before any figure is trusted. A payroll file is prepared for the company the owner already pays, and that company runs payday. The return uses those supported months. If the return will miss its day, the extension goes in with a number taken from the last month that ties.

An examination and an appeal both need someone allowed to speak for the owner. This practice is not that someone. If a balance has to be negotiated, or a person must speak for the owner, we say so and we stop at the file. The closed months can go with the owner to the firm that is allowed to sign or to appear.

The books, a payroll file, a return prepared under a federal preparer number, and a conversation through the year are allowed without the license those three reports require. What has to move to the other firm is the cover a lender treats as assurance. The line is Occupations Code 901.451, 901.453, and 901.456. People who hold the license are listed by the board that licenses them.

Nothing published here is a decision of the IRS or of a state tax office. A page here does not decide a balance or a penalty. If a cleanup would invent numbers the bank cannot support, we say so and we do not build the file on a guess.

Who provides the work

Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Every page ends with the same telephone number, and that number is how a correction starts. The provider sentence names the base and then it stops. No building number is printed, and no postal box is printed, because a correction starts on the phone rather than in the mail. The small block a browser reads to a tool says nothing a person has not already read in the paragraphs above.

Filing the extension and keeping the books are the same office, and that office also prepares the return the extra months were meant to reach.

Several addresses, one practice.

The same office publishes more than this address. Each name matches the job the visitor came for, so an extension question and a monthly close question do not share a page. One phone stands behind all of them. The practice home is stevenpalmieri.com. That home is the single outbound link to the practice itself. You will not find a menu here that hops to another of our addresses.

Notes you send.

A note through the form is kept so we can answer it. We do not sell notes. Account numbers and identification numbers stay in the call. This page is about a date and a month, so the form and the chat chip are the wrong place for either number. Say which return is due and which month already ties to the bank. Leave the account page for a call.

Choosing a slot hands the time, the name, and the note to Microsoft Bookings, which passes them back to this practice.
